    摘要:

    钛合金因其优异的性能被广泛应用于各个行业,但是钛合金耐磨性能较差,对微动磨损十分敏感,极大地限制了钛合金的应用和发展。本文综述了钛合金微动磨损性能影响因素和抗微动磨损的研究进展和成果,。目前钛合金微动磨损的研究主要存在两方面的局限性:一方面对于钛合金微动磨损的研究大多是在单一影响因素及稳定参数下进行的;另一方面缺乏对于钛合金在特殊工况下的微动磨损研究。因此,未来对于钛合金微动磨损的研究应多结合工业应用中微动磨损的失效实例,加强多因素、变参数以及特殊工况下的微动磨损研究,在微动磨损失效机理的基础上,根据钛合金金属的特性,探索新型表面处理技术,进一步改善钛合金磨损失效问题

    Abstract:

    Titanium alloys are widely used in various industries because of their excellent properties. However, titanium alloys have poor wear resistance and are especially sensitive to fretting wear, which greatly limits the application and development of titanium alloys. In this paper, the influence factors of fretting wear properties and the research status of fretting wear resistance of titanium alloys were reviewed. At present, there are two limitations in the research of fretting wear of titanium alloys: (1) the research on fretting wear of titanium alloys is mostly carried out under the single and stable impact parameter; (2) researchers have less research on fretting wear of titanium alloys under special working conditions. Thus, the future research on fretting wear of titanium alloys should be combined with the failure examples in industrial applications. Besides, researchers should strengthen the research on fretting wear under multi factors, variable parameters and special working conditions. On the basis of fretting wear failure mechanism, according to the characteristics of titanium alloy metal, composite surface treatment technology would be further studied to significantly improve the fretting wear performance of titanium alloy.
