Abstract:High temperature titanium alloy is one of the most important research directions in the field of titanium alloy. It is mainly used in high temperature resistant components such as aeroengine compressor disks, blades, casings and so on. It is the key material of the new generation of high thrust weight ratio aeroengines. Its thermal stability is one of the most important characteristic indicators in the application environment. In this paper, the research status and progress of thermal stability of high temperature titanium alloys in service in recent years are reviewed. The effects of the selection and addition principles of alloy elements, hot working and heat treatment on the microstructure stability and mechanical properties of heat-resistant titanium alloys are discussed, and summarized. Finally, the research direction of high-temperature titanium alloys is prospected.
