A new method to determine trace boron in titanium alloy is put forward.The sample is dissolved by sulfuric acid,and the instrument parameters are optimized.The analyst is selected and interfere is discussed.The measurable range of this technique is w(B)= 0.001%~0.010%,RSD <2%,and the recovery 97%~108%.
