    摘要:

    介绍了ZTi-3B合金在不同状态下的组织、室温及高温力学性能,并对精铸热处理态的室温力学性能进行了分析。合金经试验及实际应用证明:性能稳定、工艺性良好。

    Abstract:

    The medium strength cast titanium alloy ZTi-3B developed by Shenyang Research Institute of Foundry in recent years has been introduced. The microstructures and mechanical properties of the alloy under different conditions at room and elevated temperatures have been studied. And the mechanical properties of investment specimens after heat treatment under room temperature were analyzed. Through experiment and actual application, the alloy ZTi-3B has been proved to have stable mechanical properties and good processability.
