Various preparation technologies of nanometer titania were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of liquid phase method for preparation of nanometer titania, and its development were emphatically discussed. It is pointed out that future orientation of the preparation technologies should be focused on cutting cost and improving the dispersivity and surface modification.
