中文摘要: 总结了钛合金中可以发生共析和有序化反应的合金元素,讨论了其共析性质及分类机制,指出在钛合金中,合金元素与Ti元素的结合次数Bo可能是决定合金共析性质的关键因素.最后,对钛合金中重要的共析元素及它们与Ti元素形成的中间相分别进行论述,分析了这些中间相性质及析出特点.本文是对钛合金固态相变论述的完善,也对合金设计过程中合金元素的选取具有指导意义.
Abstract:The elements for eutectoid and ordering transformation of titanium alloy were summarized in this paper,whose eutectoid characteristic and mechanism was also discussed.It was pointed out that the bonded power(Bo) of alloying elements in titanium alloy would be the key factor of eutectoid characteristic.In the end the important eutectoid elements and their intermediate compound with Ti were presented,respectively.Based on the former paper,this one perfects the solid-state phase transformation theory of titanium alloy further and has some instructional effect on alloy design.
