中文摘要: 为了加快推动Ti-B25钛合金在舰船通信系统上的应用,利用前期构造的本构方程和热加工图优化出的工艺参数,使用DEFORM-3D有限元软件模拟了变形温度900℃、应变速率0.1 s-1工艺参数下的管材挤压过程,并对模拟过程进行了实际挤压验证。结果表明:在变形温度900℃、应变速率0.1 s~(-1)条件下能成功挤压出62 mm×12 mm的Ti-B25钛合金管坯,并且管坯具有良好的表面质量,组织中存在再结晶晶粒。管坯经过830℃/1 h+600℃/8 h固溶时效处理后具有良好的强-塑性匹配,满足舰船天线管使用要求。
Abstract:In order to accelerate the application of Ti-B25 titanium alloy in ship communication system,DEFORM-3 D finite element software was used to simulate the pipe extrusion process under the deformation temperature of 900 ℃ and the strain rate of 0. 1 s-1 with the constructed constitutive equation and the optimized process parameters in the previous work. And the pipe extrusion experiment of Ti-B25 alloy was performed to validate the results of FE simulation. The results show that the pipe blank of 62 mm × 12 mm can be successfully extruded under the deformation temperature of900 ℃ and the strain rate of 0. 1 s-1. The pipe blank has good surface quality and recrystallized microstructure. After solution aging treatment at 830 ℃/1 h + 600 ℃/8 h,the pipe blank exhibits good stress-plastic matching,which meets the requirement of the pipes used in the shipboard antenna.
