    摘要:

    本文系统研究了等离子旋转电极工艺参数对制备高Nb-TiAl粉末粒度及分布的影响,决定制备粉末粒度大小的主要工艺为电极棒料转速和棒料直径。提高电极棒料转速和直径,都有利于提高高Nb-TiAl金粉末中细粉(小于75μm)的收率,并使粉末的粒度分布由单峰分布转变为双峰分布。通过分析制备高Nb-TiAl粉末颗粒的形成条件,结合材料及制粉工艺参数,并对比实际粉末颗粒平均粒径,修正计算公式,获得等离子旋转电极工艺制备高Nb-TiAl粉末平均粒径的经验公式。

    Abstract:

    Plasma Rotation Electrode Process (PREP) was used to produce high-Nb TiAl powder,the effects of process parameters on the particles sizes and distribution were systematically studied. The results showed that the particle size of as-produced high-Nb TiAl powde is mainly determined by the rotating speed and diameter of electrode bars. High electrode rotating speed and large electrode diameters lead to fine powder (less than 75μm), and the particles distribution from a unimodal distribution change to a bimodal distribution. Through analyzing the forming conditions of powder particle, putting in the high-Nb TiAl materials constants and PREP parameters, and comparing the calculate values with actual particles, an empirical formula was developed to calculate mean particle diameters of high-Nb TiAl powder produced by PREP.
