Abstract:The Ti-22Al-24.5Nb-0.5Mo alloy ingot was obtained by three arc melting in a vacuum consumable electric arc furnace. The ingot was subjected to five-fire forging, three-fire hot rolling, sheet pressing, surface treatment and other processing procedures to obtain the Ti2AlNb wide sheet with the size of δ1.2mm×600mm×1000mm. In addition, the sheets obtained when the temperature of heat preservation rolling was 1000℃ and 1050℃ had good shape. Among them, the five-fire forging and the first-fire rolling were carried out in the single-phase zone, the second-fire rolling was designed as reversing rolling and carried out in the two-phase zone, and the final product was rolled by thermal insulation rolling. The heat treatment of the alloy with the rolling temperature of 1050℃ shows that the alloys treated by solution + aging and single aging are all brittle fractures. Compared with the heat treatment method of solution + aging, the equiaxed α2 precipitated by single aging is more and larger, the secondary fine needle-like O is more precipitated, and the O phase layer is finer, which can improve the strength of the alloy. After solution treatment and then aging treatment, the elongation of the alloy can be increased, but the strength is slightly lower than that of single aging.
