    摘要:

    硬度和强度是金属材料力学性能的两个重要指标,两者存在一定的内在联系,通过室温拉伸和维氏硬度试验,研究了不同状态Zr-4合金管材的维氏硬度与强度的关系,通过最小二乘法建立了回归方程,分析了回归方程的效果和预测精度。基于建立的显微硬度与强度的回归方程,研究了Zr-4包壳管在冷轧过程中的力学性能变化,使用有初始屈服应力的刚塑性指数硬化数学模型,建立了Zr-4包壳管材皮尔格两辊冷轧工作锥的强度与变形量之间的关系式。结果表明:Zr-4合金管材的屈服/抗拉强度和维氏硬度相关性极强,两者之间存在较强的正相关性;Zr-4冷轧管材的硬度、屈服强度和抗拉强度随着冷轧变形量的增加而呈现相同上升的趋势,管材冷轧前的平均硬度为169HV,当管材轧制至成品尺寸时,平均硬度增加至246HV。

    Abstract:

    Hardness and strength are essential indicators of mechanical properties of metal materials, and there is a correction between them. By using room temperature stretching and Vickers tests, the relationship between Vickers hardness and strength was investigated. Via least square method, the correlation and regression equations of Vickers hardness and strength was established. The accuracy of linear regression equations was analyzed. Based on the regression equations of Vickers hardness and strength, the evolution of properties of pilgered Zr-4 tube was also investigated. Using rigid plastic exponential hardening with initial yield stress, the correlation and equation of deformation and strength was established. The results show that: there was an extremely strong positive correlation between Vickers hardness and strength of the Zr-4 cladding tube. The hardness, yield stress and tensile strength of Zr-4 tube increase with the increasing of deformation. Before pilgering, the Vickers hardness of tube is 169HV, and the Vickers hardness went up to 246HV after pilgering.
