Abstract:The microstructure, room temperature tensile properties, bending properties, high temperature tensile properties and high temperature durability properties of TA7 titanium alloy sheets in hot working state and after heat treatment at three different temperatures were investigated. The results show that the microstructure of TA7 titanium alloy sheet in hot working state have uneven organization in the transverse direction and more elongated α organization in the longitudinal direction. The elongated α organization of TA7 sheets heat-treated at 750℃ basically becomes isometric. Heat-treated by 800℃ TA7 sheet transverse and longitudinal are uniform, fine equiaxial organization.TA7 sheets heat-treated at 850℃ grain growth occurs. The room temperature tensile strength and high temperature tensile strength of the sheet in the hot working state are the highest, and the room temperature tensile strength and high temperature tensile strength of the sheet gradually decrease with the increase of the heat treatment temperature, and the bending performance and high temperature durability of the sheet after heat treatment are qualified. In order to obtain good microstructure and mechanical properties, the sheet should be heat-treated at 800℃.
