    摘要:

    钛及钛合金作为一种性能优异的金属结构材料,已经广泛应用于航天航空、电力行业、医疗生物、石油化工等领域,并在复合材料的钎焊发展中发挥关键作用。钛基钎料钎焊接头耐腐蚀、高温性能良好,是钎焊钛基材料及其他材料的首要选择。目前,钎焊接头在室温或高温下力学性能有待优化,钎料和母材的润湿性为也有改进的空间,获得更加优异的钎焊接头和钎料对开展钎焊研究具有重要意义。本文分析概括了常用的钛及钛合金钎焊料,归纳总结了四种钛合金钎焊料的特点,系统综述了钛及钛合金与不同材料钎焊的应用,最后展望了钛及钛合金钎焊技术未来的发展方向。

    Abstract:

    Titanium and titanium alloys are a kind of metal structural materials with excellent properties, titanium and titanium alloy have been widely used in aerospace, power industry, medical biology, petrochemical industry and other fields, and play a key role in the development of brazing of composite materials. Titanium-based brazing joints have good corrosion resistance and high temperature performance, and are the first choice for brazing titanium-based materials and other materials. At present, the mechanical properties of brazing joints need to be optimized at room temperature or high temperature, and there is room for improvement in the wettability of brazing metals and base metals. In this paper, the commonly used titanium and titanium alloy brazing solders are analyzed and summarized, the characteristics of four titanium alloy brazing consumables are summarized, the applications of titanium and titanium alloys and different materials brazing are systematically reviewed, and finally the future development direction of titanium and titanium alloy brazing technology is prospected.
